Global Installation, Parts, and Support — From a Single Team

China's No.1 industrial freezing manufacturer. 200-person installation crew deployed worldwide. Spare parts inventory across multiple regions. ≤48h emergency response. One project team from contract to handover.

Project Lifecycle

One Team, End to End

From the first engineering discussion to years of post-commissioning support — your project stays with the same core team. No handoffs between departments, no dropped context.

  • Engineering Review

Requirements analysis, system matching, configuration proposal

  • Design & Fab

Detailed engineering, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing

  • Logistics

Export packing, shipping, customs clearance coordination

  • Installation

On-site construction by our 200-person crew — civil, mechanical, electrical

  • Commissioning

System start-up, performance verification, operator training

  • Lifecycle Support

Preventive maintenance, spare parts, remote monitoring, emergency response

Spare Parts

Critical Components, Positioned Near You

Spare parts inventory maintained across multiple regional hubs. For systems under active service contracts, critical spare parts are pre-positioned based on your equipment configuration.

Every replacement part is manufactured to the same specification as the original. No generic substitutes, no compatibility risks.

Air freight, sea freight, or courier — routed based on urgency. Typical delivery: 3–7 days for in-stock items.

Every system ships with a documented recommended spare parts list — categorized by criticality: 24h / 7-day / 30-day replenishment.

For contracted customers, we pre-stock wear items (belts, bearings, seals, sensors) at the nearest regional hub to your facility.

Siemens PLC standard with HMI touchscreen interface. Real-time monitoring and data logging for:

  • Individual zone temperatures, belt speed, fan RPM, evaporator performance
  • Recipe storage: 50+ product-specific freezing programs (time, temp, fan speed per zone)
  • Fault detection with alarm escalation (local HMI + remote notification)
  • Optional: VPN-based remote diagnostics by Square engineers — no on-site visit needed for ~70% of troubleshooting cases

Support Channels

Emergency Response & Remote Diagnostics

Two support channels. Both staffed by engineers who understand your specific system configuration — not generic call-center operators.

  • Emergency Response — ≤48h

For production-critical issues: system stoppage, refrigeration failure, control system fault, safety alarm that cannot be cleared remotely.

  • Remote Diagnostics & Support

For non-urgent issues: performance questions, optimization requests, maintenance planning, CIP cycle adjustments, software updates.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

Your Team, Trained to Operate and Maintain

Operator and maintenance training delivered on-site during commissioning. Written SOPs, maintenance checklists, and video documentation included as standard.

  • Operator Training

Hands-on training for shift operators: start-up, shutdown, parameter adjustment, alarm response. Delivered on your production floor with your product.

  • Maintenance Training

For your maintenance team: belt replacement, bearing service, CIP operation, sensor calibration, refrigerant leak check. Includes written SOPs.

  • Video Documentation

Key maintenance procedures recorded on video during commissioning. Reference library accessible for refresher training and new hire onboarding.
