Intelligent Control for Precision Freezing

Our IQF freezers employ rapid freezing technology to preserve product integrity and ensure effective separation of individual pieces. This efficient process also reduces energy consumption, helping to lower overall operational costs. The integrated PLC system provides precise, automated control over key parameters, ensuring consistent and repeatable results for your production.

Superior Energy Efficiency

With smart inverter technology, optimized aerodynamic design, and rapid defrost systems, our IQF freezers consume significantly less energy per kilogram of product.

Certified Hygienic Design

Built with food-grade stainless steel and designed with no hidden corners, our freezers meet the strictest HACCP and FDA standards.

Customized Engineering Solutions

Our engineering team works with you to configure the ideal IQF freezing system for your specific products, capacity needs, and facility layout.

As a specialized IQF freezer manufacturer, we deliver more than just a machine. We deliver integrated solutions designed to maximize yield and lower your cost per ton.

What is an IQF freezer and how is it different from a normal tunnel freezer?

An IQF freezer (Individual Quick Freezing freezer) is designed so each piece of product freezes separately, without clumping. It uses controlled air velocity, temperature and belt motion to keep particles moving and apart, unlike conventional freezers where product can freeze together into blocks.

How do I choose between a fluidized bed IQF freezer and an IQF tunnel freezer?

Fluidized bed IQF freezers are ideal for small, uniform particles like vegetables, berries and shrimp, especially when you need very high single-piece rates. Tunnel IQF freezers are better for larger, irregular products, coated or marinated items and mixed components. Your product mix, capacity and layout will determine the best choice.
